Paula Johnson is a graduate of DeVry University from Dallas, Texas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Science in Health Administration. Paula has a passion for healthcare, so she expanded her knowledge in dentistry by obtaining her diploma as a Dental Assistant from Everest Institution and getting a certificate in Radiology from the Michigan State Board of Dentistry Rules and Regulations. In addition, she gained a certificate, an Introduction to Substance Use Disorders for Dental Professionals from P&G.

She is continuously increasing her knowledge in healthcare. While spending 7 years in the corporate arena, Paula attended Kennesaw State University online learning the Six Sigma Principles and getting her certifications/Licenses.

Paula is also the owner and founder of her consulting agency. Which helps small businesses establish by implementing a payroll system, policies and procedures, budgeting, IT systems, etc,

Paula is currently the Office Manager at Compassionate Universal Agency LLC utilizing her knowledge of healthcare administration. Ensuring that the aging community and people with disabilities receive quality service and are educated on their healthcare and dental coverage.
